Sankara Harinie Jeyabalan

Harinie recently graduated with her master’s degree in biomedical engineering at Ohio State University, specifically in the Medical Product Development Program with a minor in business. She served as the 2nd OSU Wheeler and Wolstein intern during the summer of 2023. She found her way to dive deeper into the product development field with her internship experience at HDO Health. In her role at HDO Health, her goal was to create a Perfused Cadaver protocol for FDA verification. She also worked collaterally with the other interns to market the Journiquet on various social media platforms. Harinie is very thankful for her time at HDO Health, as this was a great opportunity to network with those in many professions and work within the Center for Innovation team. She looks forward to her future career where she will have the opportunity to gain more experience in the medical product development field and aid in creating lifesaving devices.

She truly enjoyed her time at HDO Health, and is most thankful for all the guidance that she received while working with Bryan Stewart, Tanya Nocera, and everyone else on the team she engaged with.
