Joshua Brockman

Major Joshua Brockman served as an active-duty United States Air Force healthcare administrator. He brings with him almost 20 years of comprehensive healthcare experience encompassing equipment repair, medical logistics, emergency management, business office operations, and IM/IT. He spent eight years in the USAF as a biomedical equipment technician, where he gained extensive knowledge on complex radiology, anesthesia, and ultrasound equipment as well as field deployable medical devices. In 2008, he was deployed to Bagram Air Base, Afghanistan as a medical equipment repair technician in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. During his subsequent assignment to Colorado Springs, CO, he applied for and received his commission as an officer in the Medical Service Corps. In 2017, as part of a six-person ground surgical team, he deployed to the Horn of Africa supporting Special Operations Command. Major Brockman then spent the next three years in Germany overseeing all medical equipment procurement and maintenance, as well as the distribution of all medical supplies for Special Operations Command Africa. Prior to partnering with HDO Health through the military’s SkillBridge program, Major Brockman worked for Defense Health Agency in Falls Church, VA as the Chief of Operations for the Capital Strategy Management Branch of Facilities Enterprise.  There he helped lead a diverse team of over 50 architects, facility planners, interior designers, and other subject matter experts in managing $15B in facility construction and renovation projects.  He currently resides in Cincinnati, OH, and serves as a .
